Our very own, Volker Ritzinger, was on Fox 13 Utah Live with Big Budah. We love having Big Budah come and visit us he always puts a smile on on our faces. During the morning show, Volker Ritzinger goes over his bread tips for making yeast at home, his favorite salad recipe, as well as all the precautions we’re taking at the Park City Farmer’s Market in 2020 -to make sure everyone stays safe this year.

It’s true, Volker’s Bakery is open in Kamas, just a quick short drive from anywhere in Park City, everyday from 10am till 5pm. We checked in with Volker to ask him if there’s any shortage of bread? He said no “we just got a semi truck load of grain, we won’t be running out of bread”. That’s good news, you can pick-up your fresh artisan breads in Kamas, the Volker’s mobile bakery is located off the main HWY 248, across the street from the big Foodtown grocery. Preferred method of payment is Venmo. ❤
