Hey Park City, our Farmer’s Market manager, Vman, otherwise known as the ‘Mushroom King’, found a record breaking mushroom in the Utah mountains. The 15 inch tall, 5.5 pound mushroom is the largest mushroom in Utah history. The mushroom is now sitting in a freezer, waiting to see if it will qualify for a Guinness world record title.
